Any veterinarian office can scan for a microchip for free and no appointment needed. Put a post on the neighborhood Nextdoor maybe someone will recognize it and know who the owner is. Please don't take to the shelter it could be euthanized after the 3 day hold if not claimed by owner. Make sure the person claiming the dog has proof of ownership. Hope the owner is found soon 🙏
