Oh no! Poor baby. Add cross streets. Post to Orange/OC lost pets groups. Vets, pet stores will scan for a microchip for free. If you bring him to an ER vet they can maybe check him out for free as well since you found him. Poor puppy, he looks like he’s been lost for a while. There may be a Humane Society near you too. Notify shelters but do not leave him there, he’ll probably be killed. Call rescues to take him. 🙏🏼
