He could be an in/out cat. He looks healthy and cared for /not in distress. Be probably knows his way - home. Knock on doors & talk to people on the street - they may know of her/him - someone may be out looking for their cat.!😕 File a FOUND report with Toronto/other Animal Services & rescues in case their owner goes there looking for him. Also post on neighbourhood social media sites. Make sure you don’t just hand him over to anyone - they should have other photos of him Etc to prove ownership. Take the cat to be scanned for a microchip at a vet tomorrow (free service) to try and find his owner. The vet may even know of him! Keep safe until you find his owner.🥰 Or, let him be so he can go home on his own/live his life. (Sadly, sending him to a city shelter does Not mean he will be 1. Reunited with his family or 2. adopted.
