Message from Finder
Black and white possible Shih Tzu Found in rain on our property starving and covered in fleas. Hoping someone's been missing them for a while considering the condition it was in. We have bathed it, fed it and keeping in our basement until | can get it to pet works tomorrow. Unfortunately I cannot keep it.
