Why does everyone want this poor dog to go back to its owner? The dog looks like he hasn’t been well cared for! How about instead of quarantining him in the heat outside, maybe take him to a vet, get him checked out, foster then get him adopted. Or take him to a no shelter?? 🤷‍♀️
