PLEASE keep your eyes on your bird feeders. I assume he'll show up at those. He'll probably be thirsty too! Tuco's very attached to his humans so I assume he'll seek out a human soon. He doesn't like fingers but will hop on the back of my hand or arm. He's obsessed with toes. I know it's winter, but if you flash yours, I'm confident he'll come close to serenade them, display 'heart wings' and likely follow them anywhere. (I learned this isn't uncommon with Tiels.) And/or play his fave youtube song (cockatiel italian song), or try old fashioned wolf whistling. Thanks so much for reading! We're gutted. So very worried about our boy!
