Is this anyone’s cat? She comes to my backyard this month frequently and is not ear tipped. She is friendly and looks clean. I am not sure she is a stray cat or wild cat, if the later, I plan to take her to the San Jose animal control center to get neutered.

Check for a chip first. Ask your neighbors by going door to door and show a picture.

S/he would not be friendly if feral. You likely have a neighborhood cat who is walking their territory :) Please post flyers in the area where you found that cat, not everyone is on social media. Also, get the cat to a local vet to be scanned for a chip. SJAC should be a last resort.
