Brown pitbull with white spots. May be about 6-9 months

This baby has been pacing back and forth between 2 hses, assuming they are lost. He/she has been here for the last 24 hours without food or water. I am unable to approach it as I’m unsure if they are aggressive. They’ve been whining/barking and would sit next to the bush or in front of the neighbors door. They had to take shelter at the neighbors door overnight due to the rain. Would love to get this baby somewhere warm and safe.

You don’t report an aggressive dog unless it IS aggressive. Priorities are assigned by urgency, safety to the public, etc. And never suggest risking bite from a potentially aggressive dog.
