UPDATE: Because of the incoming storms, I called Chesterfield County Animal Control and they picked up the dogs. Besides the fact that we were not able to locate the owners, and they were not microchipped I had them on my porch in a little covered area and they definitely would not do well with severe thunderstorms 😞
