Message from Owner

Callie was with her owner when she past in an assisted living facility about 2 months ago. Until she moved with Judi 2 years ago into assisted living facility, she had only lived with her in Woodmont Landing cndmniums in Peachtree Corners, GA. She has never been an outdoor cat since she was caught by the pool when she was around 3 months old which was 11 years ago. A neighbor in the community said that she would take Callie in and was making great progress after around 4 weeks. When the neighbor was going out onto her 1st floor patio, she didn't realize that Callie was following her until she saw her go around her. When she tried to pick her up the cat got scared and ran into the underbrush between Woodmont Landing and Brookwood cndmniums. There is a fence between the 2 properties. We are all heartbroken because of not being able to locate this strictly indoor cat who knows nothing about living outside.

Sharing with Prayers and Love your baby is reunited with you soon. Most indoor cats stay close to home. Could be hiding in fear which cats can and will do up to 14 days. They go into survival mode until they reach a point to where they start searching for food and water. Use a humane trap if needed, putting smelly foods such as tuna, salmon, or chicken in the trap. Post on RING App under Lost Pets. Several people have these devices these days and may be able to spot your baby on their camera especially at night. If using a humane trap, its always a good idea to post a camera pointed to the trap that way you can monitor the trap. Hand out flyers to every neighbor /businesses asking to search their property, garages, sheds, under cars, looking in trees, any small spaces a cat could fit into which cats can fit into any small space the size of their head. Hang large neon posters in major intersections and entrances and exits to neighborhoods and nearby cross streets. Ground search as much as possible! God Bless your baby and you during this time. God sees All! Do not give up! 🙏🏼❤️🐈‍⬛
