Please don't just give him away. Ask a rehoming fee. There are bad people out there who take free dogs to use as bait in dog fighting. It won't look like a thug. He appears well cared for. Prayerfully owner is looking for him. God bless you for helping 😇🙏 reach out to Heeler rescues.
