LOST TABBY CAT — Missing near W 28th St, Hialeah, FL (near W 1 Ave & 28 St, through 23rd St). Last seen leaving our apmt complex and walking toward the front apmts of our apmt complex. My # He is a normal tabby. His tongue is out most of the time, and sometimes is dripping. His fur is matted and he looks skinny. NO collar, NO tag, and NOT microchipped. Please do not chase.
