Tj is Missing in Salisbury, NC

Tuxedo cat. White line goes up from nose, between eyes and up the forehead. He hind legs look like she’s wearing high white boots. Front paws are normal white paws. She is very sweet but is not comfortable being picked up. However she will allow the foot ball holding method where legs straddle your arm. She has a gray Seresto collar.

Please help us find our cat TJ. She is such a precious cat. When she comes in to eat she rubs her head on my feet to thank me first, then she skips the wet food and goes for the dry. She has to be an angel sent from heaven. I pray she is okay. We first found her crying so loud in the woods the day after a really bad thunderstorm. She was looking for her family. She would not come near so we left food out for her. She cried every day for hours in the woods. It broke my heart to hear her agonizing cry's. Finally after 2 weeks she came inside. I laid down on the floor for her to get used to my sent. She looked at me and all the sudden she leaped to my side as if to say, "okay, I chose you." She and I both fell asleep on the kitchen floor. She has been so grateful ever since and always giving praise before she eats, even when we know she must be starving. She has taught us so much about truly being grateful. We gave her the name Tu because we had a tuxedo cat before her named Tommy. Tommy was also a rescue cat. Poor Tommy had feline aids, had trouble eating and had to be on until he could no longer survive comfortably. We had to make the decision to put him to sleep. He felt no pain and went to cat heaven. So when we met the tiny tuxedo kitten she was definitely a Tommy junior hence the name TJ was given to carry on Tommy's memory.
