He had a black slip leash but is quite skinny. He was very dehydrated. He is friendly and is still a puppy.

If possible, take it to any vet or Petco store to see if it’s chipped there’s no cost please give it plenty of water and food. It’s just a Pup and bring it in because of the heat and the weather also check petfinder.com and next-door.com and also post on both websites please have have them have proof of ownership that papers or photos thank you for caring and keeping the dog safe. Please update.🙏🙏🐾🐾💔🐕
