Message from Owner

o everyone! My orange cat, Barron, has been missing for 2 days, and I am desperately seeking help. He is 2 years old, and he is mainly outdoors, but he comes multiple times a day to eat and hang out with our family, dog, and other cat. It is very unusual for him to be missing for this long, and we are very concerned. It was reported to us that a post was made claiming an orange and white fluffy cat had been hit by a car and past yesterday morning on Lantana and Lyons (where we are located), but after searching for both him and the post, we have been unable to find anything to lead us to believe it was him. I rescued him as a stray kitten, bottle feeding him, and raising him to a healthy adult cat, and he truly means everything to me. I am devastated, and I am hoping someone has some information that may help us. We have contacted animal control, shelters, etc, and we will not give up until we find him. If you do not have any information, please share. Any help is extremely appreciated. Please help us being Barron . ❤️ feel free to contact me at

Animal caring control keeps a logbook of all deceased pets that it has picked up. I had to look through that book many days in a row when my cat was missing. You’ll need to go down in person and ask them to view the logbook of deceased animals in order to know. 🙏

Being kept outside opens them up to all kinds of dangers. Check sides of streets in case he was hit. Are there loose dogs, coyotes, foxes, neighbors that dont like cats, bad humans, gaters around? A lot of critters are feeding young. Sorry to sound so negative, hopefully someone thought he was a stray & took him in or to a rescue. Physically check ACC

Physically check P Adams and ACC often, they are busy, take a pic with you. ACC can be quick to euthanize.

Put smelly wet food outside, hav a hart traps work, check them often. At night shine a flashlight you may catch reflection of his eyes. Check shed, garages, under cars, anyplace he could hide or be stuck. Put up flyers, especially at vet offices. Talk to neighbors, ask if they have security cameras that may catch him walking by. They tend to move early morning and evenings. Put out used litter and fav humans worn clothes, familiar smells help bring them in. If possible, leave a patio or garage door open so he can get in. Contact rescues & county shelters, take a pic. Physically check county shelter often, they are busy. She will be very scared & may go into survival mode, she may not respond to you. Some wait until they're starving to come out for food. Keep food/trap out & check often. If you have another cat, try putting them outside in a SECURE carrier. Their meows may call the lost one in. Pray. Don't give up!
