Thanks to the recommendation by Claudia Lederer Saenz, I have dropped her off at CAMO Rescue. Easy transfer, no problem. They said that with her sweet attitude, she will be adopted soon!

Update!! I gave her a bath and then wrapped her in a towel. As soon as I did that she just put her head against my chest. This is the sweetest dog! Not once has she tried to bite or scratch me. I brought her to the vet but she isn't microchipped. I starting to think she has been lost or abandoned for at least a month now. Poor thing.
