UPDATE: February 2 - Harold’s posters were again systematically removed near Delbrook Plaza and by the bridge across Mosquito Creek. These posters were new and had been in place less than a week. Please watch for Harold in your neighbourhood. Experts believe someone may have him and they want to keep him. We miss him every day. Reward for safe return increased. Nov 26th - last sighting! Harold was under a tarp in a backyard!! Dec 1- anonymous sighting! Sightings around Mosquito Creek trails + Skyline/ Highlands/Delbrook areas.
