If this is your dog I hope you find him quickly. I absolutely hate that he wouldn't come to me because it's pouring down rain. He wouldn't let me get close enough to see his collar. Every time I tried to get closer he would run. He looked like he might be limping but that might be the way he runs. Who's ever baby this is I hope he gets home soon!
