Put smelly food like chicken and hot dogs, her kennel, blankets and your worn clothing outside at the house for her. She may return to the scene. Make a scent trail of liquid smoke from the food outward in each direction. Call the police and animal control to report her missing. Ask neighbors to check surveillance camera footage to see if she has been seen on them. If she has a doggy friend/sibling that she is bonded with, take that dog out to search as well. Sometimes dogs will come to other dogs. Check the area well, including window wells, under decks, porches, bushes and places where she can get in but may not be able to get out. It’s really important to get big bright neon lost dog signs up in the area she is lost so people know who to call right away if they see her:

Make signs asap. Place 2 mile radius. This helps those not on social media to be aware. Put out items with family scent and pups dog bed. Put a sign in your yard too. Contact police and ask where they bring found dogs too. Contact those shelters every day. Post on all Facebook Community sites and Next Door sites as well. Make a flier and give to neighbors, mailman, and delivery drivers

They usually stay close by. Put out food, water and items with your scent. Bring the other pup out there for a walk.
