URGENT Blue Indian Ringneck parrot escaped today off Wellington Ct in the park. Please msg if seen immediately. Her name is Delilah or Chicken. She loves apples and last we saw she was being pursued by a hawk. UPDATE: 5/9 7pm Unfortunately our little chicken wanted to stay up in some of the big pines over near the retention ditch. My husband won't let me sleep there (I mean, what could go wrong?)... so we will be back out at 1st light to hopefully find her and coax her back down. Please say a prayer for our mental health and that Delilah stays safe through the night and comes to us. Thank you to EVERYONE who reached out or stopped to help and support us during our search. Im honestly blown away by the kindness and will never forget it. 5/9 12:40pm We have located her but she's high up in a tree off of Kings Manor N. Thank you to all the neighbors that have already tried so much to help. If you see me lounging on the side of the road, dont worry Im perfectly fine....I guess just live here now until our girl decides to come down. 🤷🏼♀️😭
