DESCRIPTION

VERY FRIENDLY MALE CAT. HE HAS A FLUFFY TAIL THAT IS AS LONG AS HIS BODY. ABOUT 11-12 LBS. HE HAS BEEN NEUTERED SO HIS LEFT EAR IS CLIPPED/TIPPED. HIS BOTTOM GUM SHOWS A LITTLE BIT AT TIMES.

Our porch kitty is still missing. We think he was picked up by someone who might have mistaken him for a stray. All we want is for him to be safe and well cared for if someone else took him, otherwise, we believe he would immediately come home if he was able to. He hung around our yard/house most hours of the day and night. He's never been gone this amount of time. We've looked through the neighborhood, asked folks, and checked the local shelters. If you have him, please just let us know he is safe.

Beverly Rider thank you! I’ve posted on all other apps/sites and we are walking around the neighborhood tonight to look and ask folks if they’ve seen him.

Prayers for a safe return home. Post on neighborhood web sites and repost, if necessary. Search often, especially in early and later hours of the day as many scared/ lost cats often hide during busy hours. Look under bushes with a flashlight and look up in trees. Call your cat's name as you walk back toward your home, not away from it. Even if your cat doesn't recognize their name, they may recognize your voice. Carry a carrier, food and a towel as your cat could be too scared to recognize you. Go outside your home in the very early morning hours and quietly call your cat's name. Go back inside, leaving an entry for your cat to come inside maybe garage. Repeat. Ask neighbors to check sheds, garages or any place your cat could be stuck inside or hiding. Pray to St. Anthony, finder if the lost. My prayers are with you.

Read ALL suggestions please! *Post on NextDoor near you asap. Its free and covers multiple neighborhoods near yours. **The #1 Tools for reuniting pets are colorful, pictured "Lost" Signs/Flyers! Put them around your neighborhood, entrances/exits and close intersections. Put one in your yard also! *He/she could be "stuck" or locked in somewhere so ask neighbors to check garage, shed etc.. *IMMEDIATELY leave garage door cracked enough for her/him to return, as kitty needs a way back in. Leave some food, water and your worn clothing inside garage as well for the scent. They usually return during darkness, when its quiet and they feel safe to return. *Go out at night when its dark and quiet. Call your kitty and then give time to listen for a meow. Dont chase it...squat down and shake a bag of treats and let kitty come to you❤🙏
