A disabled cat!? In this heat with other wild animals looking for people who let their cats outside alone to defend for themselves, so now they are looking for easy prey. Also, there's people who will just take a cat off the street and keep it. Hope you got it microchipped, also a law in Clark county. If she happens to get picked up by the shelter and doesn't have one, if you find her they will fine you once and then you will barred if found again and no microchip. Air tags are not proper microchips as they can be easily disabled for any reason. You can also only lose your animal so many times and caught by animal control before one loses the ability to ever have that said animal as a pet again. I just don't see a disabled cat who somehow got out being ok... Not even sure how they got out being disabled. I'm reading your "ex" said they got out... How would the ex know? What kind of relationship do y'all have? Would you really trust them to watch that cat and not steal it or sell it to someone else? Would definitely look into that and have a text convo for proof if needed to file a police report about that because that sounds fishy AF. Putting up a reward like this also might get people just trying to get cats that look similar to bring to you, I know you're desperate, but I would be careful of scammers. Including your ex.

I saw a small cat , full dark face, looked very much like this one, very skinny, Sunday evening, at a Starbucks parking lot, the last exit in Victorville, heading toward the beach. I gave her some bacon and ham fron sandwiches I ordered, but I couldn’t get near her. The staff was aware of her, and wanted to trap her to care for her. They were very concerned also. I hope this helps.
