Pls put bucket water this pup can very dehydrated put some ice cubes in it and check your neighborhood. Maybe owner didn’t realize she’s out or who’s out post signs check petfinder.com and next-door.com and also post on both websites. Please be careful with the diary doesn’t run out in the street.
