He is very pretty dog and very very friendly just came out of nowhere and here since yesterday. I absolutely cannot keep him but I need somebody to help me get him back to his owner or get him picked up one of the two I don't want them hurt

Definitely get him SCANNED FOR A MICROCHIP. TAKE A PHOTO OF THE NUMBER OFF THE MICROCHIP SCANNER IF ONE IS DETECTED. I CAN GET YOU OWNERS INFORMATION. YOI WILL NEED THE MICROCHIP TO CHECK ON UPDATES AS WELL.
