Please note…this cat is lost in Council Bluffs……. Notify Animal Control ASAP. Check at Midlands Humane Society. Hopefully she is microchipped. Put owner’s dirty clothes in yard and in garage with water and bed. Leave door open enough she can get in. If no garage, put items in cat carrier and place it near house door she uses. Search in, under, behind every possible place she could be hiding, stuck or hurt. Ask neighbors to open garages and sheds so you can check inside, and also ask if you can check yards… window wells, trees, bushes, cars parked in driveways and street, decks, flower beds, weedy, wooded areas, empty containers, boxes, etc. After dark search with flashlights so you see eyes shine. Be sure to look in storm drains/ street gutters. Cats often hide there for safety and shelter. Walk area lost with water and favorite food/treats or try tuna or sardines. Call her name in a calm, friendly voice as you search.
