Description

**Reward for Coco's safe return, NO questions asked.** She's a 10 lb, white/light brown Shih Tzu mix with underbite. Her sweater, harness, name tag/Airtag were removed and retrieved in the valley/creek area behind St Francis of Assisi Parish Church on San Felipe Rd, San Jose, CA 95135 - signs someone has her (possibly homeless or older kids/teens) so please reach out if you have info. Coco is microchipped & spayed; very friendly, but likely scared with long, matted fur by now. She needs meds and has bad separation anxiety. If seen, sit down, offer treats/toys and let her approach, but DO NOT CHASE. Stay with her if found & take her to a vet/shelter to be scanned so she can finally be reunited with her family, who deeply misses her.

It’s been 2 long weeks since our beloved dog, Coco, went missing in San Jose (Byington/Yerba Buena). No sign of her and it’s been difficult not knowing where she is. Her hair will be quite shaggy soon so I’m posting a few different pics of her in the comments. Any info/sighting of her, pls contact me asap — no questions asked for her safe return. Thank you for your support and kindness while we continue our search for her. 🙏🏼

You have likely done this already but if not, please post flyers in the area where CoCo went missing, and knock on doors. Not everyone is on social media. You might also ask folks to check their security monitors... Might capture something useful the footage. Also remember to check the Pawboost FOUND listings, and with local animal shelters. And phone to ask their current protocols. I have heard that visiting in person to review their intake logs is the best way to get accurate information. I hope to read a positive update soon.
