Please post on Nextdoor in Cat Owner's group and the Neighbors app.He probably lives very close because he's sleeping doesn't seem nervous. Ask your neighbors

He lives nearby, probably lives with a neighbor, please ask them. Put up Found flyers in the neighborhood, don't take him to a shelter, he'll be further away from his home . Please give him some food and water
