Green and orange pair of budgies (not sure the breed)

There are two loose budgies (orange and green pet birds) right in front of the seventh day adventist church next to the beginning of the fitness trail. They have been sitting on the power lines calling for a while now. If these are someone’s pet’s, I hope they find them and are able to lure and capture because these guys will not survive in the wild.
