City of banning, you have no animal shelter to protect your pets, you must do better as pet owners to protect them. Microchip and register your pets please, and keep them safe! We have no system to help these babies. Post on ring and Nextdoor and check with neighbors, check with the local rescues as they are the ones taking found pets these days.
