FOUND KITTEN At approximately 4:10 PM on 7/20, I found this young female kitten stranded on top of a 3-foot-tall concrete retaining wall along the Horace Harding Expressway service road, near the Cross Island Parkway entrance ramp. I pulled over and climbed up to rescue her before she could end up in traffic. She was taken to a local veterinarian and scanned for a microchip. She does have a chip, but unfortunately no owner information is registered to it. For her safety, I will only release her to someone who can provide proof of ownership (recent photos, veterinary records, adoption paperwork, etc.). Thank you for helping us get this sweet girl home. ❤️
