I’ve noticed this dog since two days ago, trapped in the yard of an abandoned hse. I know he doesn’t belong there because the hse has been empty for years. Only landscaping crews come by occasionally. They recently visited, so I guess the dog sneaked in while they were there and got locked inside without anyone noticing when he entered or left.
