Message from Owner

Our family dog escaped in mid/late-June and is lost. Please help us bring her home, we love and miss her! She is part Shih-Tzu, did not have a tag, and is not chipped.

What a sweet dog! But I think you're right, the coloring looks different, and oue Petal was a senior/older dog. I appreciate the photo and your help though! 😃

Viv Briseño Hi, Viv - I’ve attached a photo of the little dog that we adopted from the shelter. She has no brown coloring in her and her front legs are white-ish with a little black mottling underneath, no solid coloring. I hope this helps.

Hi, I recently posted that I found a small Shih Tsu at the East Valley Animal Shelter. She was turned into the shelter on July 5 by someone who found her near Woodman and Sherman Way in the Van Nuys area. Someone suggested that perhaps your Petal and our little dog were one and the same. However, their markings are very different including the coloring. I very much hope you find your Petal. I can tell you love her very much. Good luck and keep posting!
