As long as you have the paperwork information of the microchip company that his chip is through, you should still be able to go on their site and sign him up to register his chip and also put him on there as missing so they can get the word out there to other fellow chip holders, other pet parents that have their babies chipped with that same company. It’s never too late to register him, you just need act quickly so he can hopefully get back home faster. And if he gets picked up by animal control, they will have something to go by as to where he belongs. I wish you all the best in finding your Bailey, he looks a lot like my baby girl chi. And she is chipped and registered through HomeAgain. Hopefully the comment from Brandee Bong is a good lead as to his whereabouts.
