Hi, we found this puppy at Martin Luther King Jr. Park on Sunday, June 7th, 2026. At first we thought he belonged to someone, but as we did more laps we noticed he just stayed laying down looking at anyone passing by. We asked around to see if he belonged to anyone but a local told us he's an abandoned dog that lives at the park. We're extremely disheartened and wanted to share just in case someone lost this dog. We brought him some food and water, he was extremely thirsty and hungry. He doesn't look malnourished so he must've been lost not too long ago. We're going to call 311 tomorrow because they're closed already, but if anyone knows anything please let us know. Unfortunately, we can't take him because we own a small dog and a cat in a small living space. Thank you for reading and God bless you.
