Message from Owner

Our sweet cat Jojo is missing. He is orange and white and has been part of our family for 12 years. Our children are absolutely heartbroken. Yesterday on 4/6, we had a couch removed from our apmt in North Auburn. The junk removal service later reported that they saw an orange and white cat jump out of the couch at the Waste Management Fruitridge location in Sacramento. We believe this was our Jojo. We are asking anyone in that area—especially those who live or work nearby—to please keep an eye out for him. Jojo is very loved and deeply missed. We are actively searching and hoping to bring him safely. Please share this post and contact me right away if you see him or have any information. Thank you so much for your help 💛

Dustin Bird Thank you so much for the tips. We will do that. Leave something familiar. It's such area surrounding the dump but i feel like he is so scared and it's hard to sleep knowing he's out there. He has a whole family missing him

Selena OwenTry early morning and late nights, that’s when cats are roaming. Bring a dirty shirt of who ever he is closest to, leave it out there for him to smell and feel more comfortable staying in the area. Dirty litter might also help him smell something familiar and stick around. Someone with a cat trap may be your best bet, I hope you find him soon. If it was me I might even leave his pet carrier covered with the shirt inside overnight and see if there’s any sign of him visiting.

Go back every day & night. Call for cat & walk area. Post big waterproof posters in area. Put flyers on neighborhood homes. I would hang out there all day/night until I found her.
