Found around Rockfish rd/Davis Bridge 5/24/26. He is well taken care of. He is sweet but he DEFINITELY HAS AN OWNER. This is not a dog that is going to go willingly with a stranger. It took me and several others to get him into the car and out of the street. After gaining some trust, he has let me give him lots of love and cuddles. However, he is not afraid to show his teeth if he is startled. He belongs to someone that has definitely taken up time with him. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP IS BEYOND REQUIRED FOR THIS GUY.
