My cat was an outdoor cat. She’s also fixed and has her haircut from being fixed. She’s about almost 3 years old with a purple collar. It’s been now 10 days no sign of her and me and My Daughter are very worried. especially seeing it rain she would never stay outside in the rain for too long. It just doesn’t make logical sense why she would leave and it s me to think that she got hurt, these cats and dogs and any animals are family members and it’s such a sad process.

Do this ASAP Put out items with your scent on it, like an item of dirty clothing, towel, blankets. Put vacuum dust outside since It contains home scents in it. Leave out a bowl of water. (if indoor only cat Will be hiding in silence and fear either in your yard or neighbors). DO NOT put litter box out it will attract feral cats and predators. Call as may times as possible, but night time is best Because its quite. Ask neighbors if you can check garages, sheds and under decks and their security camera recordings in the mid morning hours since cats are more likely to come out when it's quiet during the night. Put up 11x17 poster in neighborhood. Use a flashlight at night because you will see a reflection of their eyes, look up trees and post on you local town community page and next-door neighborhood app.

Go out late at night when it's quiet or dawn, bring kitty's food, call the kitty quietly probably hiding in bushes or under porches....don't give up, probably very scared SWP
