He Found my post and won’t leave me has a attitude he stole him and doesn’t like dogs but he will keep since I won’t pay for a dog I don’t know is mine I offered meeting at shelter at police station to give him money etc. I have to send him money first this is crazy. He won’t leave me alone I want my baby back but people can be so mean and evil I don’t know what to do I think he found a picture off internet to make me believe it’s him. I hate this so much my baby is somewhere lonely scared all he know is me anyone have any advice

A African is harassing me saying he has him and won’t give him back unless I pay no proof only money then if it’s not him he will refund money says he stole him and won’t return but won’t send the proof like FaceTime to see if he responds when he hears my voice then says I called him teddy he respond
