This super sweet lady has been roaming around my yard for at least 6 months and has started accepting pets and trying to sneak inside. Just curious if she’s someone’s indoor/outdoor pet or if she’s a stray.

It's someone's cat, please ask neighbors if it's their cat. A found cat doesn't need to go to SFACC,in fact it's better for their health to not take her to the animal control. Put up flyers in the neighborhood where the cat was found.
