Cheryl Fugelsang that make sense. Tegus are supposed to have daily time outside of their enclosure. I hope people will think twice before they get one.

Sarah Qutbi Thanks. I do realize it but i just would like to see the little guys be able to live out their lives outside of glass aquariums. No offense to pet owners intended.

Cheryl Fugelsang tegus are a common pet reptile in the reptile hobby. They make great pets but they are expensive to keep due to light heat and food expense. Just like some are into keeping dogs and cats as pets some prefer reptiles.
