Leslie C Kemper did you take him to Forsyth County Animal Control? If so, they won’t put him down right away like a lot of people think. After his 3-5 day stray hold, they will take care of his medical needs and then he will be placed up for adoption. ❤️ I’ve fostered dogs for them, and unlike other shelters, they try their best to find the dogs a great home. I’ve known them to keep dogs 4-6 months or more waiting on their forever home! I have a lot of respect for that facility!

Of he is at Animal control as I am reading, unless someone steps up to rescue, unfortunately he could be put down. I am.in Hickory. GSD rescues should be contacted locally.
