Sweet little tortie lady with no collar tags

Found this sweet my walk . She had a red collar, but no tags which to me says she’s an escape artist. She’s clearly being taken care of very well of in terms of body weight. I assumed that she was super friendly with how she ran up to me and was accepting pets, but she ran away the second another person walked by so I’m no longer sure about that.
