I was doing instacart and after the drop off she blocked me from going past. It took awhile to get her in the car but she was calm. I fed her and gave her water. She had a leash and collar on but the leash was wrapped around her neck one time and it was soaking wet. She is skinny but clean. Shedding a lot.
