We moved to the LE39BA area yesterday, and this morning our beloved cat Cesar escaped after a worker unexpectedly left the front door open. We are absolutely beside ourselves — we’ve had him for 11 years and he means everything to us. Please keep an eye out for him in the area. He has a very distinctive burst pupil, which should help identify him. If you see him or have any information, please message me urgently. Thank you so much for any help ❤️

Put posters up in your area with pics asking people to check sheds and garages maybe shut in the flyers through doors will help you to, go out late at night shake food box and call, listen for cries, may be caught up or trapped

You may have done some of this already, but if not, it might be worth putting some leaflets with a photo through the doors of houses/flats in nearby roads to home. Many people don’t walk around their local area and some don’t go out a great deal so they might not realise a visiting cat in their garden is a missing one. Plus, posters at the railway stations, bus stops, and newsagents. A poster at the station worked for me. Mine was found after 10 days, so don’t give up hope. Also if you have any used cat litter, (or bedding), spread bits of it around your borders outside, (not the tray). Cats can pick up their scent from some distance. I hope your cat is back home with you soon.🙏🤞🐾
