Can you please message this information to Peaceful Souls Animal Rescue and Recovery please and let them know you also saw this dog a week ago. He’s very thin now 💔

I spotted this same dog on August 8th in the same area! He looks a lot skinnier now. I made lost pet sightings when I saw him then, but no bites
