This dog was handed over to Fulton County Animal Services last night. They named him Winsome. He is not microchipped. He definitely looks like he was loved and cared for and had been groomed recently. He had been roaming the complex since Sunday. They will list him for adoption or foster care in the next three days.

*The quickest way to find an owner is to check for a microchip - any vet, PetSmart with a Banfield clinic inside or a Petco can scan for free *Please notify local county animal shelter in case the owner is looking for their pet *It would be helpful in the search for the owner if you could put up neon found dog signs in the area that you found the dog in case the owner is driving around looking for their dog. Also not everyone is on the social media pet site. *Recommend also posting on NextDoor Thank you for keeping this sweet dog safe. Hope the owner is found soon.🤞🏻🐾
