Small frame like a weiner dog

The dog was a gift to me however I cannot keep it due to my landlord . So I’m in desperate need of finding her a loving . That can be a forever ! There is no fee at all I just want to find her a loving again that will be forever ! I recently purchased her a harness and leash to go with her. She is not a stray I repeat not a stray.
