This sweet female dog is bonded with the other shih tzu she was with when found. Both are unaltered and fur was matted and cockaburs all over. Seems to be pregnant.

Poor Baby. Thank for you for keeping them safe. My Shih Tzu resembles her a lot. What color is the other dog? I really hope the owners are found. Do you plan to take them to shelter if no one claims them?
