I've not been in the dog park but walk the trails often. If you have not walked the trails, do so. They are well maintained and circle the whole park. There are also options for walking just part of the park. Very nice trail plan. Several very old maples but most of the trees are young as it was a farm at one time. Even with the dogs barking in the park (usually when a new dog arrives), it is still a very peaceful walk. I'd be happy to meet you there and show you the trails, once the wind dies down.
