Fluffly is a feral cat. She has one ear clipped. She has come around our hse everyday for 12 yrs. She eats outside here 3 times a day. She has a heated pad under a cat pillow on our park bench for sleeping on our front porch. She will let us pet her and I do brush her. She won't come to you or let you pet her. She is very savvy she knows when dogs or Coyotes are around and will be still or take off if they are coming towards her. She will let men let pet her when friends are outside. She is a federal cat that is only an outside cat.
